FAKING IMPERFECT TO PERFECT SKIN

Bad skin days are something we all suffer once in a while, but looking at people at a function or at the Red Carpet you would be hard pressed to believe that problem skin is ever a problem that these ladies have to deal with.

In fact, Hilary Swank, Selma Hayek, Katy Perry, Megan Fox and Cameron Diaz are just a few big names who have had to brave the cameras in the midst of a nasty break-out.

Thankfully, cosmetics companies have wised up to the need for make-up that both conceals and treats pesky blemishes at the same time and with a bit of regular maintenance and forward planning you should never be caught looking anything less than camera ready. Here’s how to fake it ‘till you make it.

1. Start by committing to taking a regular multivitamin for your skin.

2. Invest in a  Cleansing Brush with an Acne Cleansing Brush Head and Clarifying Cleanser.

3. Stop using liquid sunscreen and switch to mineral powders.

4. Look for double duty make-up and use it – but lightly. The trick is to make the most of the good, clear skin and keep any heavy coverage to the problem areas.

5. Prep the skin with a calming anti-acne and Anti-Acne Treatment.

6. Use a foundation that reduces redness, which also contains probiotics.

If you do have blemishes, using a clean make-up brush, apply concealer onto problem areas blending gently outwards. Try Acne Treatment Concealer by Murad and Jane Iredale Zap&Hide Blemish Concealer.

Finally set it all with a powder like Dermablend Loose Setting Powder and a spritz of Fix + from M.A.C..

Kwanza kabisa nashukuru sana kwa kuanzisha hii segment ya jimwage, yani imekuja on the right time kwani nina utata moyoni na siwezi kumhadithia ndugu yangu wala rafiki kwani maneno maneno sipendelei na  nilishaumizwa sana na marafiki mpaka siamini tena kumpa mtu siri yangu.

Mimi ni msichana wa miaka 29, japo nipo mkoani ila ni mpenzi mzuri sana wa blog yako kwani inanihabarisha fashion trends ambazo ziko current c unajua tena mkoa.  Tatizo langu nina wapenzi au niseme wachumba wawili na wote wapo serious na wanataka kuleta posa nyumbani yani im so confused kwani mwanzo nilijua ts a joke nilikuwa serious na boyfriend wangu wa kwanza huyu wapili alikuwa kama mtu wangu tu endapo huyu akiniumiza.

BF wangu wa kwanza  yupo dar na nilianza nae toka niko secondary form three na yeye ndo mwanaume wangu wa kwanza. Mwaka huu mwezi wa nne my  1^st BF alikuja; we had all the fun na akasema kwamba anataka kunioa na yupo serious, kwani amegundua im the only woman for him. Nilijua utani ila kweli yuko serious na suala zima la ndoa.  Na kwa upande mwingine huyu 2^ND Bf nae amekuwa akitaka kufika nyumbani muda kwa muda mrefu sasa ila nikawa nnamzuga kwani even though nawapenda wote najua nampenda zaidi huyu wakwanza japo yuko hivyo ila nadhani ndo mwanaume wa kuniridhisha.

Please naomba mnishauri kwani kuolewa nataka, na nnampenda sana tha 1^st BF. Ila pia kuna vitu naogopa na huwa nnajiuliza kwamba, je? nikijateseka by his characters japo anaonesha kuwa amebadilika, yani he is more caring since February mwaka huu na pia sitaki kumkosa the 2^nd BF.
