I understand ur point pretty well, u know wat dressing well doesn't mean high expenseive cloths but all about know what goes well with you, the rightful colours and body structure.
First dont hesitate to go window shopping at any kind of shop which means even nameless shops. you may be surprised you can somthing nice at a very low price.
SALE, this must be ur target as well, whenever you hear there is SALE go peep you may get somthing nice.
Lucky as for Tanzania we are blesed with Mitumba (quality Second hand cloths) always make sure you lok around for a good taste.
